KOULA M. KOVACH-WALTON

Director of Wholesale for United Wholesale Mortgage

Ms. Kovach has worked in many facets of mortgage banking since 1981 with most of her career being in wholesale. She has grown companies from 20 to 250 and ran one of the top 25 wholesale mortgage bankers in the country operating in 42 states. She acted as a member of Fannie Mae's Advisory group to develop Desktop Underwriting and was the first lender in the country to use DU and Tier Pricing. She participated in the founding of a de novo bank, which opened in 1997 in Naples Florida and owned an operated her own Retail Mortgage Company. She has provided strategic direction, leadership and operational management to meet the needs of shareholders, customers and employees.


MATHEW ISHBIA

Executive Vice President

Mathew Ishbia, Executive Vice President, plays an essential role in the day to day sales and operations of United Wholesale Mortgage. His complete understanding of the mortgage business is what makes him an industry leader. Mr. Ishbia's sales expertise allowed him to open up and sustain a very successful territory for many years before coming inside to head up the ever-growing sales team at United Wholesale Mortgage.

In his roles as Executive Vice President he oversees the sales staff, customer acquisition and retention, and all company expansion efforts. He is also no stranger to Secondary Marketing or the Operations side of the business. When it comes to evaluating market conditions, monitoring interest rates, or reviewing loan files, Mr. Ishbia, is sure to find the best scenario, for each broker working with United Wholesale Mortgage, to obtain maximum commission.

Allen Beydoun

National Sales Manager

Allen Beydoun, National Sales Manager, is responsible for the development and performance of all sales employees at United Wholesale Mortgage. He successfully staffs and directs our sales team while providing leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Allen establishes plans and strategies to expand the UWM Broker and financial network while contributing to the development of training and educational programs for clients as well as Account Executives.

On a day to day basis, Mr. Beydoun's goal is to initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets in the mortgage industry. Allen works with the UWM sales staff to build more effective communications with Brokers across the United States. Allen has a strong understanding of UWM customer dynamics and proven leadership to help drive sales for originators.
