Job Title | Account Executive

Account Executives are responsible for selecting, calling on and developing relationships with mortgage brokers, and maintaining correspondents within a specified territory in order to maximize sales volume.

Our goal is to provide all clients, internal and external, the best service in the industry as economically as possible. Our sales team can only achieve this goal through leadership by example, demonstrating positive attitudes, possessing superior program knowledge and being effective communicators.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide world class services to all internal and external clients.
• Have the ability to obtain and develop productive relationships with Brokers.
• Achieve superior sales and marketing performance by creating value in our products and services.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Travel as required.
• Attend conventions and meetings as required.

Job Qualifications:

• High School graduate, college preferred, but not necessary.
• Minimum 2 years of mortgage experience as an Account Executive, Loan Officer, Processor, or Underwriter.
• Sub-prime or "A" paper - experience preferred.
• FHA experience preferred
