Mathew Ishbia plays an essential role in the day-to-day sales and operations of United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM). His extensive knowledge of the mortgage industry is what makes him an extraordinary leader. After building a successful broker territory in Chicago he relocated back to Michigan to manage, mold and grow UWM’s Sales Force into one of the Largest Wholesale Lenders in the Country. Recently, Ishbia was named as one of The Top Most Influential Mortgage Professionals under 40 by The National Mortgage Professionals, and was named one of Crain’s Detroit Business’s 40 Under 40. He consistently reaches and achieves new goals in this ever changing mortgage industry by implementing and following through with new strategies and concepts.

Allen Beydoun
Executive Vice President, Sales
Allen Beydoun is responsible for the development and performance of all sales employees at United Wholesale Mortgage. He successfully directs our sales team while providing leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Allen establishes plans and strategies to expand the UWM Broker and financial network. On a day to day basis, Beydoun’s goal is to initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets in the mortgage industry. Beydoun has a strong understanding of UWM customer dynamics and proven leadership to help drive sales for originators.

Justin Glass
Business Development & Training Manager
Justin Glass is responsible for complete mortgage and technology training of the entire Account Executive Sales Force at United Wholesale Mortgage. Glass has extensive technology knowledge and is continually improving UWM’s technology website and improving Sales Tools for our internal staff. Glass is also responsible for interviewing and hiring new Account Executives for our internal sales force and is continually committed to United Wholesale Mortgage’s continued growth and success.

Shaun Groves
Division Manager
Shaun Groves is responsible for elevating the skills and knowledge of Account Executives so that they can in turn offer unparalleled service and products to their brokers. Groves served as a top-producing Account Executive with UWM, and this experience and corresponding product knowledge has allowed him to lead a division that is focused on making the lending process as easy as possible. Groves directs his division with plans and strategies to develop their accounts to offer the highest level of customer service.

Chad Osterhout
Division Manager
Chad Osterhout is responsible for offering leadership to a division in order to support the continued growth of United Wholesale Mortgage. Osterhout has contributed greatly in elevating UWM as a top wholesale lender as he assists the Account Executives in sustaining long lasting relationships with brokers, financial institutions and banks across the country. Osterhout guides his staff in increasing their broker network, and provides the best customer service for their clients while maximizing their profitability and sales volume.

Kristina Bennett
Business Manager
Kristina Bennett is responsible for representing United Wholesale Mortgage at Mortgage and Real Estate Seminars throughout the country. She has retained and continues to grow a strong client base through mortgage networking events. Bennett also helps implement new product roll outs to continue growth in the Wholesale Division. She has been in the Mortgage Industry since 1994 and has extensive knowledge in each and every division of the Lending Industry.
